Complete set of construction drawings ready to submit to your local Building Department.
Include: Floor plan, electrical plumbing, lighting, ceiling, cabinets, including elevations and color (basic) package you choose color, material specifications, 10 cents per square foot for floor plan, then add double cost of floor plans for complete package.
Note: The above package does not include architectural signature if required by your city. Does not include building drawings of shell or exterior work, interior construction only.

$400 - Up to 4,000 sq. ft., 12 cents per square foot after that.
